WARNING about ACTIVEUNIT.COM web development company

We have signed an Agreement with ActiveUnit.com , also known now as Activeoutsource.com ,
a company based in Belarus in Eastern Europe and their branch in Texas to create a business
website for us. After 7 months of work and delays they decided to terminate the agreement
(and to keep our money). After we posted a complaint on the web about Active Unit Inc.
(all info in that complaint was taken from public places on the web) they responded by
posting secret information such as domain name of the project and detailed personal mails
between us and them which were details of the project and are supposed to remain secret.
We believe that ACTIVEUNIT.COM ("Active Unit", Active Outsource, ActiveOutsource) has
severely violated secrecy and privacy laws plus we are out of a large sum of money and we
feel we have been not only cheated by the company, but also our project's secrecy and
privacy has been violated by Active Unit now also known as ActiveOutsource. ACTIVEUNIT
(Chris O'Brien, Andy Carrasco, Dmitry Varivonchik etc.) also told us that we were to
demanding, but take a look at their ActiveUnit logo - it says: "YOU DEMAND - WE EXCEED".
So far ACTIVEUNIT have refused to refund our money neither they sent us anything completely
what we paid for plus they severely violated secrecy and privacy of our project by exposing
it to the public on a public website. Active Unit / Active Outsource can be found at the
following web address: www.ActiveUnit.com. They also used to run their business from the
following web website www.ActiveOutsource.com , but currently this URL has become inactive
(coming soon). Their other URLs are: http://www.activeunit.net and http://www.activeunit.by .
